  "text": "JOINT DECLARATION\nconcerning the Republic of San Marino\n1.\nProducts originating in the Republic of San Marino shall be accepted by the Contracting Parties other than the European Union as originating in the European Union within the meaning of this Convention.\n2.\nThe Convention shall apply mutatis mutandis for the purpose of defining the originating status of the abovementioned products.",
